Professor Dr Ir Kitty Koelemeijer

Kitty Koelemeijer is Professor of Marketing at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and director of the Marketing and Supply Chain Management Cluster. She specializes in retailing, consumer buying behavior, branding, and competition and co-creation in marketing channels

Kitty Koelemeijer is Chairman of the jury of the Elsevier Retail Personality Award, a prize awarded yearly to a retail CEO for outstanding performance. In addition she has chaired jury’s awarding telecommunications retailers and manufacturers. She is a regular speaker at scientific and managerial conferences, and acts as an independent consultant to government as well as companies in industries including finance, agribusiness, trade and research.

Professor Koelemeijer graduated summa cum laude from Wageningen University, where she received her PhD in 2000. She has held positions at Wageningen University, Tilburg University, and Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Her research interests include retail formats, consumer buying behavior, co-creation, distribution channel competition, cooperation, and coordination, organizational decision making, game theory, and market research methodology. She has published on these and other topics in leading international academic journals such as Marketing Science, the International Journal of Research in Marketing, the Journal of Retailing, the International Journal of Service Industry Management, the International Journal of Logistics Management, the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, European Advances in Consumer Research, and the European Retail Digest.

Courses taught include marketing strategy, marketing channels and retailing, marketing models, marketing communications, logistics, and research methodology in degree and executive programs.

Professor Koelemeijer is owner of Adfontes, a trading company selling interior textiles to retailers and other industries. 
 

 

Professor Dr Ed Peelen

Ed Peelen is Professor of (Direct) Marketing at the Center for Marketing and Supply Chain Management.

He is specialized in customer relationship management, direct marketing, account management and marketing in general. He organizes several programs on these topics at Nyenrode for managers and specialists and is the academic supervisor of several PhD students. He has written eighteen books and numerous articles in both managerial and academic journals.

Professor Peelen is Chairman of the jury for awarding the company with the best results in the field of CRM, editorial board member of the Journal of Interactive Marketing as well as a partner in ICSB, marketing and strategy consultants.

He completed his PhD in 1989 at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam on relationship marketing and was one of the first to introduce this topic in the Netherlands.
   

 

 

Professor Dr Henry S.J. Robben

Henry Robben (1960) is Professor of Marketing, and as the university’s PhD Director a member of the Management Team of the Nyenrode Research Group. In 1985, he graduated with distinction from Tilburg University; he also studied at the University of Exeter (United Kingdom). In 1991 he received his PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Previously, he has held positions at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Tilburg University, Delft University of Technology, and TiasNimbas Business School. He has been a visiting professor at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute at Chania (Greece), the Southwest University of Finance and Economics (China), the University of Port Elizabeth (South Africa), and the University of West Florida (USA).

His research interests include strategic marketing, business roadmapping, B2B marketing, and new product development. He has published on these and other topics in journals such as the International Journal of Research in Marketing, the Journal of Product Innovation Management, the Journal of Strategic Marketing, and R&D Management.

He has co-authored several books, including Visionaire Marketing (with Rudy Moenaert), Strategisch denken in marketing (with Rudy Moenaert) and Marketingmanagement: De Essentie (with Philip Kotler, Kevin Lane Keller and Maggie Geuens). Courses taught include Industrat, marketing management, marketing strategy, marketing and innovation management, Markstrat, and services marketing, in degree and executive programs. Henry Robben is a regular speaker at academic and managerial conferences, and acts as an independent consultant to companies.

De heer R.C. (Roel ) Robbertsen is lid van het CDA, Hij is 59 jaar en woont in Ede. Eerder was hij wethouder in Renswoude. Gedurende  4 jaar was hij lid van Provinciale Staten en 6 jaar lid van Gedeputeerde Staten. In 2002 werd hij burgemeester van Ede. De heer Robbertsen is sinds juni 2007 commissaris van de Koningin in de provincie Utrecht en voorzitter van Gedeputeerde Staten. De heer Robbertsen is getrouwd en heeft twee kinderen.

 Nieuwe cvdK Utrecht Robbertsen: Durf en creativiteit zijn de kern van bestuur 7-6-2007 - Persbericht

‘In Nederland is alles wat gebruikelijk is, geregeld en alles wat ongebruikelijk is verboden'

Volgens Roel Robbertsen, de nieuwe commissaris van de Koningin in Utrecht, vormen durf en creativiteit de kern van het openbaar bestuur. ‘Na grondige en zorgvuldige voorbereiding moeten voortvarend knopen worden doorgehakt. Daarbij moet je af en toe risico's durven nemen'. Dit zegt Robbertsen vandaag bij zijn installatie als commissaris van de Koningin in Utrecht. Robbertsen volgt Boele Staal op, die voorzitter is geworden van de Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken.

In zijn toespraak zegt Robbertsen dat een betrouwbare overheid niet alleen doet wat ze zegt en belooft, maar met name denkt vanuit de oplossing en niet vanuit de regel. Hij kondigde aan dat de komende periode de uitwerking van het Urgentieprogramma Randstad wat hem betreft prioriteit zal hebben. Met dat programma, dat het kabinet in overleg met provincies en gemeenten opstelt, moet de bestuurslast verminderen en het woon-, werk- en leefklimaat worden bevorderd. Robbertsen: "het is van groot belang de economische motor van de Randstad blijvend te laten draaien".
Ambitie van Robbertsen is de dynamiek van verstedelijking, recreatie, landbouw en natuur van antwoorden voorzien tot behoud en versterking van kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. Wat het veiligheidsbeleid betreft zal Robbertsen zich richten op twee hoofdzaken, water en vuur: "water omdat duidelijk is dat de risico's die het water in ons land meebrengen prioriteit moeten krijgen. En vuur, omdat uit meerdere recente publicaties blijkt, dat de kwaliteit van rampen en crisisbeheersing nog beter moet."

Trefwoorden voor de stijl van besturen zijn wat Robbertsen betreft: samenwerking, toegankelijk collegiaal bestuur, mensen en organisaties bij elkaar brengen, creativiteit, openheid, duidelijkheid, vlotte en professionele afhandeling van zaken en zichtbaarheid.
